La Habanera Hotel ***

The La Habanera Hotel of Baracoa occupies a building since 1867 and it has been transformed into an hotel in 2003. It's located right in the heart of the historical centre of Baracoa, right across from the Independence Square, a historical centre recently renewed, having privileged conditions, similar to those in Old Havana.

The La Habanera Hotel offers to its guests 10 double rooms, all of them placed on the second floor of the building where you can enjoy the view of several city places such as the Malecón, the Ensenada de Miel and the Fortaleza. The best rooms are the ones sharing a long veranda overlooking Maceo street directly and the Central Park.

All the rooms are roomy and comfortable, they are all equiped with two beds, a TV set with a large screen and four international channels and many other services that leave a higher impression than expected from its three star category. So much so that inside the rooms there is also a minibar, something that is normally found only in four star hotels and higher.
